As the No1. connector manufacturer in the UK/Ireland, Cullen Building Products Ltd. want to ensure that all of our customers receive an unrivalled level of service. Therefore, we have drawn up The Cullen Commitment, which is our pledge to you to do everything in our power to ensure correct and timely delivery of quality products.
However, to keep our pledge we need your help.
You must note:
- Orders received after 2pm cannot be guaranteed to be delivered the next working day
- If goods are being delivered direct to site a postcode, contact name and contact number will be required
The Cullen Commitment 5 point plan:
1) Delivery
Within UK/Ireland
- standard products will be delivered within 1-2 working days* unless you are otherwise informed.
- non-standard products will be delivered within 5-7 working days* from customer’s written acceptance of design drawings unless you are otherwise informed.
2) Quality
Cullen Building Products is Certified to ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management System) and by adhering to the procedures contained in this system connectors will go through strict checking procedures by our highly trained employees and as such will be consistent in their quality.

3) Customer care
Cullen’s Customer Service Team will allocate each and every customer order/query to one team member who will do everything in their power to ensure that the request is taken care of in a timely and appropriate manner.
You will always know the name of the Customer Service team member you are dealing with. All Cullen employees will be helpful and courteous at all times.
4) Information responses
We will answer all technical enquiries within 24 hours. We will answer all sales enquiries within 2 hours.
If for any reason we cannot resolve your query within this time you will be informed of the reason and an estimated time to resolution of the query will be given.
5) Complaint handlin
Although we will aim to make sure that every dealing with Cullen Building Products Ltd. is pleasant and satisfactory, if you are not happy about any element of our service please tell us. We will endeavour to fix the problem on the spot, however, if this is not possible we will ask a Senior Member of Staff to consider your complaint and respond within 24 hours.
